A collection of plants that, in my opinion, go very well with ferns. Predominantly foliage plants, these are especially useful if grown with deciduous ferns, avoiding the prospect of empty beds during the winter. The colours of the heucheras and Ajugas go very well with many of the colourful ferns especially the Painted and other lady ferns.
