Terms & Conditions
First and foremost the most important term and condition is that you are happy!
If you have any problems do let us know and we will do all we can to make you happy.

1. Postage information
Collections from nursery or plant fairs
We welcome collections, just use the 'Collection from nursery' as a delivery option. Please give advance notice of collection, depending on time of year and other factors the plants should be ready for collection within a few hours or a day or two. There are times when noone will be at the nursery so advanced notice avoids the risk of a wasted journey!

Correctly addressed Parcels
Please ensure that your address is correct, Eircode is a wonderful thing, especially for rural addresses. The address labels are printed from the details that customers enter on the order and we cannot be held responsible for items delayed or wrongly delivered due to an incorrect postal address. If you notice this let us know as soon as possible and we will do all we can to get the parcel back on the right track.
By placing an order you acknowledge that your email and telephone number will be sent on to the courier company used to deliver your parcel. |This is essential to ensure prompt and safe delivery.)

GB customers.
1) Unfortunately we cannot supply plants to England, Scotland, Wales, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. If an order is placed for delivery in GB, using an incorrect delivery destination, such as the |Northern Ireland option) then, due to charges incurred by us by Paypal and Sage Pay, we will subtract the amount charged by these institutions from the total refunded. We may also charge a €5.00 restocking & administration fee if the picking and packing process has been started.

2) Returns and cancellations- Due to the nature of the plants returns cannot be accepted. However if a plant is deemed to be unreasonably damaged (not including broken fronds which are inevitable for many species, especially Athyriums), dead or not as described then please contact me within 48 hours for a refund or replacement. If an item is to be refunded we aim to do this within 48hours. Customer satisfaction is our priority so we always aim to ensure you are ultimately happy with your purchase.

3) Privacy- Unless you sign up to receive our regular newsletter, which gives subscribers access to exclusive offers, your order details will not be used for any other marketing purpose and never sold on to a third party for any purpose.
