A beautiful wood Anenome which is most at home in woodland clearings, enjoying light shade and a little sun. The indigo-blue anthers shimmer within the flower to give a unique look. Best grown in a North, West or East facing location in a good friable moisture retentive but well drained soil. The pretty flowers appear from late spring through to mid summer. Grows to about 40 - 60cm with a similar spread.
